By signing up for Trash Dash services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Trash Dash provides bin-to-curb and curb-to-bin movement for residential trash and recycling bins based on your local collection schedule.
Customers must ensure that Trash Dash has safe and unobstructed access to the bins. Locked gates, aggressive pets, or other access issues may result in a missed service.
Pickup and return times are based on local trash collection schedules. We move bins the evening before pickup and return them after trash has been collected. Exact times may vary based on route efficiency and weather.
If Trash Dash cannot access your bins due to locked gates, blocked paths, or other issues outside our control, we will notify you and attempt service at the next scheduled visit. Refunds are not issued for missed service due to customer inaccessibility.
To ensure accountability, our employees log service completions with time-stamped photo proof and optional GPS/NFC check-ins. These may be stored and shared for customer assurance and internal tracking.
Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance. The first month is $20 as a limited-time promotion. Following months are billed at the regular rate unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable once service begins.
You may cancel your service at any time by emailing support@trashdashservice.com. Cancellation must occur 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Refunds are only issued in the event Trash Dash fails to provide service without notice and without customer-caused obstruction.
Trash Dash is not responsible for damage to bins caused by external sources (e.g., sanitation trucks, neighbors, weather). In the event of employee-related damage, we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Trash Dash reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the date of revision.
