Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Service Not Performed:
If Trash Dash fails to move your bins on the scheduled day without notice or attempt, and the issue was not caused by access restrictions or customer-related issues (e.g. locked gate, loose dogs), a full or partial refund may be granted.
Service Cancellation Before Start Date:
If you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your scheduled first service, you may receive a full refund for that billing period.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Our team was unable to access the property (e.g., locked gate, blocked path, dangerous pets)
You forgot to place bins in designated area without prior communication
Service was rendered as scheduled
You cancel after the billing period has started
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the missed or unsatisfactory service.
Email support@trashdashservice.com with your name, address, date of issue, and photo if applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
